An undisclosed woman gave birth to the rapper's son at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati in the afternoon of October 23, UsMagazine reported. Lil Wayne baby boy's name was called Dwayne Carter III (not sure if it was dedicated to Lil's new album, Tha Carter III). Other detailed info (size, weight etc.) was not available.

Lil Wayne has a daughter named Reginae Carter (pic) with high school sweetheart Antonia "Toya" Johnson. The two were married on Valentines Day of 2004 but got divorced in 2006.
