Kelly Osbourne, BBC Radio 1's 'The Surgery' host, was pictured underpanties on a vehicle Wednesday night when partying with Kimberly Stewart among others at the Bungalow 8 nightclub in London! The 23-year-old celeb was recently speculated to have got engaged to boyfriend of four months Luke Worrall after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on the engagement finger. ‘No, she's not engaged,’ Osbourne's rep clarified. ‘The ring was actually a present from her dad Ozzy.’ In case one doesn't know, Luke Worrall, 5 years jurnior of Kelly Osbourne, is a model.
