Miley Cyrus, the Hannah Montana star who found herself embroidered with numerous racy photos scandals, revealed that she is planning to remake Sex and the City, but a cleaner version.

"I'd love to do a younger, cleaner version of Sex and the City," she told to TV Guide magazine, "I like to think of myself as the girl that no-one can get, that no-one can keep in their hand. Even at my age, a lot of girls are starting to fall and I think if [staying a virgin] is a commitment girls make, that's great."

The pictures showing a bikini-clad Yvette Prieto and Julio Iglesias Jr cheerfully played at an unknown beach were featured at the Spanish languaged magazine iHola (via Mahalo).

Debbie Clemens HGH Use? The wife of baseball star Roger Clemens who was named in Mitchell Report for allegedly having used steroids or human growth hormone (HGH) this February, was also alleged of the injection of HGH before taking photos for a 2003 issue of Sports Illustrated magazine. She [Debbie Clemens] used HGH to prepare for her appearance in a bikini in a husband-and-wife photo in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.

Witnesses say Debbie Clemens used the HGH, but disagree over who injected it. In a statement last February, she said says she did, while Brian McNamee, the pitcher’s personal trainer, says McNamee did at the direction of Roger Clemens.

Roger Clemens, the seven-time Cy Young Award winner, is under investigation for possibly perjury. He has denied under oath using HGH, or having any prior knowledge that his wife was going to use HGH. New York Daily News is reporting Kirk Radomski (pictured left), the confessed drug supplier, has provided the authorities with shipping receipts for a package of two kits of HGH that he sent in late 2002 or 2003 to Clemens at the pitcher's palatial mansion in Houston. These key documents may finally lead the Federal investigators to find the proofs wether Roger Clemens or Debbie Clemens had used HGH or not.

Andy Dick was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery in California on July 17. The 42-year-old comedian and actor allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old woman's tank top and exposed her breasts outside Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta. He was being held in the Southwest Detention Center on $5,000 bail.

Natalie Cole, the 58-year-old multiple Grammys winning singer, has Hepatitis C!  Natalie, the daughter of noted crooner Nat King Cole, was diagnosed with the liver disease during a routine examination and now treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, reported the various worldwide news outlets. Natalie Cole who once addicted to LSD, cocaine and heroin was believed to have contacted  Hepatitis C virus during  her drug use in 1980's.

Khloe Kardashian, the little sister of sex tape celebrity Kim Kardashian, is to become a jailbird due to the violations of her DUI probation.

Khloe Kardashian, whose father is late Robert Kardashian, well-known defend lawyer of notorious O.J. Simpson, was sentenced July 3 by Los Angeles Superior Court judge Thomas Grodin, to 30 days in the Los Angeles county jail for violating her DUI probation, according to court papers.

"She admitted to failing to complete (roadside cleanup duty) and enroll in an alcohol education class," said L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan on Monday July 14, 2008.

Khloe Kardashian will have to surrender to the authorities by Friday on July 18 and serve her jail term.

"Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved," Jeff Raymond, Khloe's rep, said in a statement released to The Associated Press.

Even tough the judge is said to try to make an example out of her, due to the overcrowding in the jail, Khloe Kardashian, like Paris Hilton and her pal Nicole Richie, possibly will have served shortened sentences from original 30 days to 3 day, or a mere one day.

Khloe Kardashian was busted over driving under influence on March 4, 2007 and stayed one night in the jail. She pleaded of no contest when her DUI case was heard in August. At the time, she was sentenced to 36 months’ probation and community service with the California Department of Transportation.

Khloe Kardashian, who just turned 24 in June, reenacted her DUI stink in the November 12, 2007 episode entitled "Remembering Dad" on her E! reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The show suggested that Kardashian's DUI were the result of her difficulties coping with the anniversary of her father's death.
